Nathan Sukhia's journey into law began at Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He continued his education at the University of Tennessee College of Law, securing his Juris Doctor. During his time in law school, Nathan had the privilege of clerking for Judge James Jarvis and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Tennessee, while also gaining valuable experience at the plaintiff's firm Butler Vines & Babb in Knoxville.

Parallel to his legal studies, Nathan served with distinction in the Tennessee Air National Guard 134th Security Forces Squadron at McGhee Tyson Air Base in Knoxville. As a Staff Sergeant, he was awarded the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Tennessee Scholarship and held leadership positions such as squad leader at the security police academy and platoon leader at ground defense school. He was involved in significant operations, including the Governor's Task Force on Drug Eradication and security for events like the Ocoee River Olympics and Vice Presidential visits, earning his unit the Tennessee National Guard Distinguished Unit Accommodation Ribbon.

After graduating, Nathan and his wife Noel moved to Tacoma, Washington, where he embarked on a career in real estate law with McFerran, Burns & Stovall. Over six years, he focused on real estate litigation and transactions, later diversifying his practice to include personal injury, estate planning, probate, and trust management.

In 2009, Nathan established Gig Harbor Law in Gig Harbor, Washington, which he operated and managed until its sale in 2021. Much like North Texas Law, this firm specialized in real estate and business law, probate and estate planning, and personal injury and accident cases.

Today, Nathan is the proud owner of North Texas Law in McKinney, Texas, where he continues to provide comprehensive legal services to his community.

Outside of his legal practice, Nathan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their four sons, appreciating the natural beauty of North Texas.
